Scheduled bus services:

From Narvik: You can travel to Lofoten on the daily bus service from Narvik all the way out to Å. The bus follows the E10 highway and stops en route include Svolvær and Leknes. From Bodø: There is a daily departure from Bodø, which corresponds with the bus from Narvik in Lødingen. You can easily check the timetables by using one of these services: www.reisnordland.no The (Nordland County Council’s service for timetable and travel information in Norwegian and English)

Airport Express Bus: 

There is an Airport Express Bus service in Lofoten to and from Evenes airport. Also the Lofotekspressen (Lofoten Express) calls at Harstad/Narvik Airport Evenes daily. From the airports at Leknes, Svolvær, Værøy and Røst it is necessary to use taxis, because there are no buses passing. It can be an advantage to book your taxi prior to departure on telephone +47 2238 8309.

Train to Lofoten?

It is not possible to travel to Lofoten by train, but you may travel to Bodø and Narvik.
